  • Miner Family Vineyards

    2001 Sangiovese, Mendocino:

    Cal-Ital is generally the word thrown about to describe the wines made from Italian grape varietals grown in California. Miner's Sangiovese grapes are picked from a pristine, third generation vineyard in Mendocino. The bottle offer's up radiant bing cherry fruit and strawberry jam flavors backed by notes of dried tea leaves, mocha and a touch of earth. The frisky acidity serves the wine well on the table allowing it to share space with a wide array of dishes. A delicious and versatile wine at a refreshingly decent price.

    2002 Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Higlands:

    From the celebrated vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands, Miner's 2002 Garys' is more broad-shouldered than its sibling of the previous vintage. Smoked meats greet cedar box aromas on the nose, while white pepper, tea spice and rose petals play whimsically on the palate. Chocolate-covered fruit and cloves add to this complex array of flavors that tantalize the senses. The ‘02 Garys’ is well-balanced with perfect acidity and a great finish. This wine is saucy, sassy and very sexy.

  • Louis M. Martini Winery

    1999 Cabernet Sauvignon California, Napa Valley:

    Deep purple color intensity indicates the fullness of this wine. Plenty of ripe, black fruit, plum and rhubarb, with vanilla and pepper notes and a hint of anise. The blend is rounded out with Cabernet Franc, giving it a soft, complex black olive component. Very full mouth feel, its big tannins are gentle yet sustain a long finish.

    2000 Port, Napa Valley:

    The 2000 Vintage Zinfandel Port is the continuation of a port-making history that began at Rutherford Hill in 1984. This wine offers seductive blackberry and black cherry aromas accented by a distinct Zinfandel spiciness. Thirty months in French Oak barrels contributed to the wine’s lovely vanilla notes. These attractive qualities are beautifully enhanced by the use of fine Germain-Robin alambic brandy in its fortification.

  • Chateau St. Jean

    2000 Merlot, Sonoma County:

    The first swirl of this Merlot releases inviting aromas of mint, chocolate and blackberry jam. On the palate, a soft juicy entry filled with supple tannins is layered with pleasant notes of black cherry, sweet tobacco and black plums throughout a long finish.

    Champagne Veuve Clicquot :

    Clicquot's signature Brut non-vintage is loved all over the world for its crisp, full flavors, consistent quality and celebratory yellow label. This classically-styled, dry Champagne is a blend of two-thirds black grapes (Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier) for body, balanced with one-third Chardonnay for elegance.
